Alabama Arabian Horse Association, Inc. The Alabama Arabian Horse Association, Inc. (AAHA) is and affiliated club with the Arabian Horse Association (AHA) dedicated to promoting the recreational activities of the Arabian horse and preserving the Arabian breed in Alabama. AAHA is an active club in Region 12 with a variety of events taking place throughout the year. From an annual spring class A Arabian and Half Arabian horse show, annual hands on training clinic, participation in the largest Veteran's Day parade in the nation held in downtown Birmingham, several meetings throughout the year, Annual Christmas Meeting and Banquet, participation at the Alabama Horse Council's Horse Fair, two Arabian Community Shows to much more. AAHA is proud to have a large array of members with special talents, skills and interests related to the equine industry. Our membership consists of trail riders, Open Show Judges, trainers/clinicians, Arabian breeders, Class A Show Judges, show exhibitors - ranging from open Saturday shows/ACS shows, class A, Regional and National levels, equine nutritionist, Special Equestrian Judges, veterinarians, equine products managers, Assistant County Extension Agents, 4 H members and volunteers, Alabama Horse Council members and board members, and many other walks of the equine industry. We are very proud of all of our members and what they have to offer the membership through their large variety of different interests. AAHA is proud to sponsor our class A show charity, special equestrian athletes and facilities in Alabama with a portion of the proceeds from our Spring Annual Class A show. AAHA and their show sponsors make it possible for Special Equestrian facilities to ride in exhibition classes at our spring show. The AAHA Youth's two Arabian Community Shows sponsor youth clinics and meetings, year end high point awards and other Youth activities. We are proud of our youth ... they are the future of our industry. We encourage you to join our membership in the enthusiasm and passion for the Arabian horse in Alabama.
